Sales team feedback: "They couldn't continue to sell new solutions without critical support on success of existing solutions."
ACI Worldwide - $411k Closed Deal: Led weekly meetings with customer and implementation partner Keste to strengthen relationships and drive success in CPQ implementation and Lightning transition. After successful stakeholder demo, ACI recognized the partnership success and closed $411k in pull-forward deal.
ACN - 35% Call Deflection Rate: After kicking off conversations around Lightning transition, set foundation for Digital Engagement strategy with CIO and VP Customer Care. Curvature - CPQ and Billing Transformation: Started as license reduction discussion, engaged to challenge customer on their process and demonstrate how Salesforce could transform their organization. After long negotiation and compete with SAP, Curvature agreed to early renewal with $247k and added CPQ and Billing with plans to expand after go-live.
